1) VACUUM CHAMBER
MAIN CHAMBER is a STAINLESS STEEL circular chamber in which the ARC GUN is installed inside the CHAMBER, and a water-cooled HEARTH is attached to the lower chamber to detach it in a UP, DOWN manner.
A see-through window should be installed in the area where monitoring is required to allow observation of the interior during work, and there should be no damage caused by ARC heat.

It is designed to operate the ROTARY PUMP and vacuum valve automatically or manually,
After the operation of the ROTARY PUMP, the degree of vacuum will be 10-2 Torr or higher (within 15 minutes).
